大部分的男人无法理解女人经前经後的歇斯底里,甚至有的男人坚持，如果女人天天要求两性平权...就不应该利用月经扮演弱者博取同情.如果男人在自己的下体被高跟鞋连踹七天而不哀不缩那女人也可以平静地度过经期。有那么痛吗？因人而异。有的女性甚至可以因为经痛痛到晕过去，你觉得呢？月经来潮时的下腹肿胀、绞痛，摄氏32℃的气温下却可以四肢冰冷甚至寸步难行举步维艰，你就知道有多痛了。

生理上的痛我不想著墨太多，因为男人真的很难体会。就光谈月经来潮为何使人焦虑不安、情绪难平吧！男人们，请你试著铺一束湿卫生纸在你裤裆间连续5-7天而且请注意，每隔1-3小时不等（视流量而定）更换一次，免得溢出哦！就算一个成年女人已经和月经相处了十几年,她还是无法算准何时能准地接下第一滴血。有时候，周期到了，理所当然地先垫一块防患於未然，谁知道垫了4、5天却是一场空，就在你准备放弃抽出卫生棉时，冷不防地天降甘霖，你只好祈祷自己不在野外或刚好不是白裤子。跨间夹著一条湿湿的棉纸有多难受？更难受的是，有时候很难光凭感觉得知它是否容量已满...

如果你是一个忙碌的上班族，有很多会要开；或你刚好是卖甜不辣的妈妈，公厕要走很远；或你刚好是个要发片的女艺人，今天MTV要穿超短裤或下水演悲情；你能不焦虑吗？有时候以为已满溢，冲到厕所一看，才占了1/3，要不要换新的？有时候坐著喝咖啡，两腿夹的紧紧的；嘴里的温热转移了下体的温度感受，待回过神来走进厕所检查，却发现月经已波涛汹涌地满溢，自然又是一阵手忙脚乱；你能不情绪化吗？相信男孩子大多有梦遗的经验吧！洗床单烦不烦？请想一下，你们洗的是透明的，我们洗的却是血染，难不难？月经不比自来水，开关由自己##作，要停要来随心所欲；我想，男人大概不明了，经血那种欲走还留的任性有多令人抓狂吧？最後１、２天，经血明显变少；有时候，一整天只有一滴...自己觉得应该不再需要卫生棉时，冷不防地它又在半夜吐了一口不多不少，像是文弱书生得肺痨临死前吐的那一口。一口，就又得洗内裤、床单，和床单下的被垫了。所以，男人们，你能开始了解女人、体谅女人的经前症候群吗？别看见血就嫌脏，别忘了，你们一个个都是从那儿孕育出来的呢下次，帮忙洗个床单吧！

I spent 4 hours ytd to paint my nails, it took me year to dry not yrs to paint..keke..

Lucky i got a little nail dryer as my christmas gift which took longer time to dry my nails..so i end up using hair dryer!..haha.. my christmas gift little nail dryer..

Next!..my housemate, her fren and i had a drinking session in her room..so i bought snacks again!!..we played games, dance crazily, and drink till we drop!..we gone tipsy n laughing like "sakai"!..haha..a happy nite!..

Oppss!..i cut my hair !!...aihs aihs..nvm!..my hair grows very fast!!..keke

Something bad happened after i cut my hair..Aihs..i shouldn't cut my hair rite? I received a letter from the management saying that my flatmates and i have to pay for the damage oven!! It happened when i was in london, someone came into my flat n smash on my over door..so the oven is damaged!!..It cost us 400 pounds! n i woudn't want to pay for it!..its not my fault and i wasn't there. Irresponsible management told us that its not their responsibility, so do i!..Damn it!!so unfair!!..

Finally my place snows in the afternoon~~..Well it is unexplainable why do i like snow..feeling the cold, motion and gradual stiffening of the body..keke..It symbolize the chilled and unexpressed emotions or emotions which have been repressed for an extended period of time. I had the feeling on running down to feel the snow..but i was damn lazy to walk down..so i'm standing right infront of the window for half an hour, enjoy watching it!..

I'm craving for food 6 hours after dinner..i had milk, bread+egg+cucumber+ketchup and biscuits as my supper which i shouldn't have it!!...i ruin my diet plan..sigh..but..Huray!!..kaka handed my assignment on friday morning 7am!!..Again~~..i went back to sleep n went shopping at 11.30 with miao..I went to bank in my cheque coz royal mail compensate my lost birthday card for my brother..sadness..So!!..i bought myself a dress~~which i shouldn't..i'm so so so a dress lover!!..am i??..sigh here i am again spending my time in the groceries market and iceland buying chocolates..snacks..biscuits..OMG!!!...i shouldn't have bought it!!..but i'm craving for it..!!..

Let me count..i have a bottle of wine, 3 bars of chocolates, 3 packs of cookies, 2 packs of busicuits, 17 packs on instant noodles!, a box of cereals, 1 bottle n a pack of drinking chocolate!!

How am i gonna slim down with these foods placing right on top of my shelf!!

Nasi Lemak is..

Delicious!!..

As i promise my housemate to cook them malaysian food~so here it goes.. Nasi Lemak the national dish of Malaysia!!..It was 9 years back in form 2 which was the first time i learn how to cook Nasi Lemak!..With roots in Malay culture, its name is a Malay word that literally means 'rice in cream'. The name is derived from the cooking process whereby rice is soaked in coconut milk and then the mixture steamed. I told my housemates that Nasi Lemak is widely eaten in Malaysia, even as a dish served in Malaysian schools as a breakfast dish, sold early in the morning at roadside stalls in Malaysia and they was like OMG..u eat this as ur breakfast!!..cat n i answered..yea..heavy breakfast rite~~..Christina the french gal was shock coz they only eat bread with cheese as breakfast...

Birmingham

Suppose to return to Preston on 5th but I end up going Birmingham..Cool!!..In fact I was exhausted after 2 weeks in London. I was impressed with ivan’s apartment, the overall concept was comfortable n the most important thing is the location was strategic!!..right above zara, right opposite primark , next to Bull Ring shopping mall n right infront of train station. How could I ever get such a strategic venue!!..i hope I do..

spending 1 hour shopping groceries for the coming 3 days..huray! Dinner listing :
1st nite – Sushi & Miso Soup
2nd nite – Wan Tan Mee & dumplings
3rd nite – Thai fried rice & Tom Ka

I fully utilised every single minute I have in Birmingham visiting the football club ( which is a must). Spend time taking pictures of Selfridges ( a unique building)..n shopping!!..i’ll be eating porridge for the next 2 weeks due to the over spending!..good though..i should go on diet!! Great, what I love most bout Birmingham is the friendliness people, giving a hand at anytime anywhere~Cool!..My luggage was so damn heavy! Which estimated around 30+kg..i have no idea y izzit so heavy..Lucky me!!I met a kind man helping me in Preston train station.

Here I am back to my small little room. Back to my study life which I hate most, start rushing assignment as the dateline is around the corner. Start moving on, is there any motivation to keep me moving on? i miss the 3 days in Birmingham, miss the 2 weeks in London..

再见了假期~都带着美好的回忆回家，也有难忘得时刻．就要回到上课的生活好闷，带着放假的心情上课是多么的难受～三个星期没回家我的家都铺满了蜘蛛网．．回到来是很高兴可是又要一个人对着小小的房间．３个星期过的很快也发生了很多东西，我怎么了？这问题不短的出现在我脑海里，我到底怎么了！好想打醒我自己，不该想那么多，过去就让它过去．．这假期过的真开心～说真的一个去旅行真的很孤单，看见朋友们双双对对的挺羡慕．．但是其实一个人旅行也不错可以到处去随时随刻都可以改变主意～我的姐妹们快让我知道你们的假期怎么过！

A word to describe London..

Fantastic~

I’m actually on the train to Preston now blogging my wonderful moment in London~”Overall it’s a disorganized trip I found myself there spending too much time shopping instead of visiting..its all boxing day’s fault (trying to blame)..but I’m glad that I’m there, I had a great Christmas eve with Nicholas’s frens who has been hanging out with us thru out the 2 weeks going shopping, pot luck, cooking together and sightseeing..I have 7 presents delivered onto my hands unsuspectingly!!..i expect ntg for christmas..The crowd during boxing day was horrible and scary..nic n I went gave up for shopping because we can’t do the queue thingy..We decided to shop next day which doesn seems to have any difference. Trust me u won have the mood to shop when u see the crowd jostling, snatching, pushing, foot-tapping. LV n Gucci’s queue was exaggerating! People start queuing from 5am!! Surprisingly the whole Selfridges was crowded by Chinese not the locals

The greatest thing is I start travelling myself on the 2nd day in London where in point of fact, I was kinda afraid coz i have no idea where am I going..nic told me to take bus 46 to marks n spencers to shop for groceries so I did..i then took the tube to Leicester Square where the china town is..i’m so happy I manage to get there (sounds stupid)..yea I am..i walk all on my own for 2 hours waiting for nic n his fren to had dinner in the famous Four Season roast duck in china town.

The happiest moment is to meet up with poh boon !! i miss all my zhi mui n she’s the only one that I can meet at the moment in uk..i was nervous while taking tube to china town, running towards the restaurant once I reach the station and gave her a big tight hug when I see her!!..the feeling was indescribable..we had dim sum for dinner which cost us 120 pounds!!..craziest dim sum ever~~..we then went to rendegous for deserts and karaoke session right after that!..Hugss boon!!..glad to met her frens from Portsmouth ..they’re so nice n frenly!!

As boon n ivan is leaving on the same day..i was rushing down to meet them after preparing vinegar pork for potluck session in pei fun’s place..We had our lunch in Malaysian restaurant which the food could satisfied me..hehe..gave boon a last hug n I went straight to Taiwanese restaurant to meet ivan..here I am nonstop eating, nonstop gaining, damn!..This is my worst weight gaining in my life!.. I send ivan n jin off the Marylebone train station n went home..i’m so full n tired yet no chance to take a nap..coz I had to get myself ready for pot luck dinner..OMG eating again!!..I ate 3 plate of rice!!..god..help me!!.

Nic was busy accompanying his frens who came from scotland too so basically I went out alone to meet my frens..i meet up with cathy n eric on the 1st jan!!..We took lots of silly pics n had a long chat before she leaves..Meet up with joanne lee on the 3rd & 4th jan, recalls me of the whole gang of childhood frens back in Malaysia..i miss but teng, ha mun, ying, n my sis..Appreciated every moment with but Shan..

H a p p y N e w Y e a r 2 0 0 9~

终于来到了2008的最后一天~..而且还过得很充实!!..我很高兴能和boon一起度过这一天还有一群刚认识的朋友他们都很热情～～我也不懂要怎样形容．．那天我下午去到Harrods找boon一起狂街然后回他们的公寓．．走了半天脚都累了，尤其是rachel她真的非常累．．她在房间睡了４５分钟而我们就玩牌万了４５分钟．．那天运气不错一直赢！

Ｈａｒｒｏｄｓ～我们8.30才出门去bayswater吃晚餐．．９点上菜9.40吃完好冲忙！！我们跑着去tube station刚好那时间很多站都管了．．可怜的我们一路跑，去到的大时钟又封路了我们一路向Trafalgar Square跑，去到St.Paul的河再走回进London Eye好辛苦！！．．我都跑到脚指流血了～但是值得！！．．想起都觉得很好笑～我们十多个人一起跑好好玩！！一起到数２００９年．．至少能和boon一起我觉得很幸福～２００９年的第一秒我许了愿希望能成真吧～放烟花时我的心都在和姐妹和家人分享．．marcus和我都录下了真个过程就是要和你们分享～
