好好疼你的胃

每个人生病了才觉得健康很重要。。写这篇blog就是要提醒大家和自己要好好照顾自己的胃。
我又胃痛了，这次比以往的痛是不一样真难受。连续痛了三天也看了两个医生都不好，最后被送到医院看胃专科还要照胃。这是我最害怕的东西！发现原来胃发炎了。

以往的夜生活被我累计了今天~ 朋友们都说我怎么就不出去一起玩。我也很想可是我的胃总是不听话会。我的生活便得更平淡了~~为了以后的健康我必须坚持！这几天要好好休养。

Journey from Louvre to Champs Élysées is quite far!..However it is just a straight way so i guess its a waste of money to take the Metro and decided to enjoy the walk.. Basically Champs Élysées is a shopping street with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, luxury specialty shop @ famous for tourist.

A quicky quicky update!!.. been busy since i'm back from my UK trip. Will flashback my highlights during the trip. It's my Birthday celebration with my besties~~~ Thank you for all the arrangements , pressies~and the suprise from my love. I had a unforgettable and wonderful night.

Hello UK!

Hello peeps..i've been neglecting my blog due to all kinds of occasions~..Here comes my update! Feeling so excited that i'm going back to the country where i use to lived for three years!... Well this time is slightly different coz my love is coming with me!(he told me he cant let me go alone..aww so sweet). I guess everyone may have the same feeling when your family or close ones is going somewhere that you are similar and obligaed to be their tour guide and expect you won't let them down. S.T.R.E.S.S.......

However.. we had a lovely trip though he got mad at me when i start shopping~.. P.S you will regret that if you don't shop till you drop in the UK!

ME lovesss the fillings where it comes with jerk season bacon stuffed pork patty topped with sundried tomatoes, coleslaw on a sesame bun~

However, the burger somehow lack of some taste which is could not tell.

I still misss the burgers in the UK.

We went to Zest Restaurant for buffet dinner. The floor and bar staff are attentive, friendly and exceptionally professional. The menu is full of exotic flavors from around the world;including seafood and prime meats to tempt the taste buds.The floor and bar staff are attentive, friendly and exceptionally professional. I would say the food is so so as there is not much of choice.The oyster that i had for appetizer is not fresh.

However, we had our breakfast at Zest Restaurant again, it was delicious. 

They have western, asian, traditional malay breakie which filled me up!

I had a very typical breakie which i will never get bored with.
